Brakspear are an award winning pub operator, with over one hundred and thirty pubs to choose from across the UK. With locations spreading from the Cotswolds to Brighton, Brakspear offer something for everyone, whether it’s a quick drink, something to eat or an overnight stay, each pub offers something different.

The Brakspear family have been running pubs for over 200 years and, while many things have changed in that time, the pub remains at the heart of British life.

The company has previously been named as ‘Best Tenanted and Leased Pub Company in the country back in 2014 and this year are favourite shortlisted for two titles in the 2017 Publication awards. Nominated for both ‘Best Accommodation Operator’ and ‘Best New Pub/Bar’.

As Brakspear’s managed estate grew, the company’s need to control wage costs increased. The company were in need of the better management of labour costs and smarter deployment of staff against demand.

Brakspear started using Selima in early 2014 to take control of their staff scheduling and HR systems, tightly integrated with Selima’s payroll managed service.
