Do I use HR on my own servers or over the internet?
HR was designed to use over the internet, this gives you more freedom and will get you up and running almost immediately, but of course if you wish to host on your own servers, you can do so.
Will it take a long time to set up and install?
Not at all! A typical set up can be completed in less than a week. As HR is web based, everything can be set up remotely, we can import your data for you or you can upload it yourself.
It sounds expensive…
HR is priced per employee and you only pay for additional modules if you require them. We won’t sell you software you don’t need! Using HR web based also saves on implementation costs.
Is my data safe when I use HR online?
At Selima we take data security very seriously, all of our software modules comply with stringent security measures.
