Ideal Collection- a unique hospitality business which creates stylish and sophisticated venues across the South has appointed Selima to implement our innovative hospitality solution.

Established in 2002 Ideal strives to be a little bit different, creating interesting and exciting venues. Current venues include a historic waterside inn and a Mexican themed restaurant in Southampton.

Ideal will use Selima Staff Scheduling across their 7 restaurants, bars and pubs to manage staffing resource and spend. Their 170 employees will be paid via our managed payroll service, receive electronic payslips and have the ability to book holidays and make expense claims online or through their mobile devices.
