An updated Support Tracker service has today gone live to further improve the support service Selima provides to its customers.

The new Tracker system provides customers with much more control and transparency whilst monitoring performance against SLA's in real time.

Alerts ensure that Selima staff are immediately aware of any system issues so that they can be quickly resolved by the expert support team.

This update is part of Selima's commitment to provide a first class customer experience.

Selima Conducts Successful User Group

Selima would like to thank all its customers for attending and contributing so positively to the recent User Group in Birmingham.

We were able to present an exciting vision for the future as well as showcasing some of the new products currently in development.
