Selima receives PQP Accreditation

PQP_Accreditation5I was thinking along the lines of Selima Ltd are pleased to announce that they have been awarded the Payroll Quality Partnership Accreditation (PQP) by the IPP.
The ‘Payroll Quality Partnership’ (PQP) is a standards based quality accreditation from the IPP for organisations of all industry sectors wishing to achieve ‘Best Practice in the Development of Payroll People’.
It is designed to help organisations get the most benefit from their payroll function by encouraging them to maintain professional competence while enhancing and developing payroll skills and knowledge.
The objective of PQP is to enable payroll professionals to provide their customers with the highest level of value and service possible through effective payroll learning and development. Many companies fail to measure the effectiveness of their payroll operations and many payroll professionals undertake professional development on a daily basis in the workplace as a matter of routine without even realising it.
The PQP process will identify and highlight how your organisation is already developing payroll staff, and how their effectiveness is measured.  It will increase staff morale as it effectively shows how your organisation invests in it's payroll team, and will demonstrate areas for improvement.
