Selima Introduces Improved Support Service
An updated Support Tracker service has gone live today. This will further improve the support service Selima provides to its customers. The new Tracker system provides customers with much more control and transparency whilst monitoring performance against SLA’s.
Alerts ensure that Selima staff are immediately aware of any system issues so that they can be quickly resolved by the expert support team. This update is part of Selima’s commitment to provide a first class customer experience.
