Can you tell us a little bit about your job?
I speak to prospective customers and gain an in-depth understanding of their processes and challenges. I then identify the cost and time savings that they’d achieve by streamlining these processes, removing the challenges and ultimately working smarter using our solutions. I also manage the relationships with current customers ensuring that they’re fully utilising our services and getting the maximum ROI.
Favourite part of your job?
Being a natural show-off I do like presenting, however the most satisfying thing for me is visiting a customer 6 months after implementation and seeing first-hand the impact that our solutions have had for their business. The prejudice is always that salespeople are in it for themselves however when you’re in it for the customer knowing you’ve helped improve their business is incredibly satisfying.
Who do you look to for inspiration and why?
My Parents and Wife but mostly my best mate who I’ve known for 25 years. He’s an incredible strategist and always offers many different perspectives of a situation.
What would you put in Room 101?

Most memorable holiday?
When I was an apprentice with Aston Martin I won a week’s adventure trip to Zambia and was obsessed with Victoria Falls.
