Telemarketing Executive

Purpose of the job:

    • Follow up email marketing campaigns
    • Generate new business leads to feed to the sales team
    • Raise Selima brand awareness across various vertical market sectors
    • Gather customer intelligence

Functions of the job:

  • Undertake outbound telemarketing calls to new prospects to generate sales leads
  • Feedback outcomes of campaigns to the Campaign Manager
  • Work through newly added weekly call lists and nurture ongoing leads
  • Use and update the CRM system
  • Profile and update customer contact data and intelligence
  • Ensure that leads are passed to the sales team and followed up appropriately
  • Help define data lists of potential targets
  • Assist with production of scripts and key messaging
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Communicate with prospective clients by email where appropriate
  • Forward customer feedback and intelligence to the product management team
  • Record telephone conversations with prospective customers and upload to CRM

Competencies:

  • Good general academic achievement
  • Competent with Microsoft office
  • Understanding of the use of a CRM system
  • Fluent spoken and written English with professional telephone manner
  • Quality approach to work and attention to detail
  • Able to manage time and priorities
